Do you ship worldwide?

Do you sell original artworks?

As Nikolay Nikolov is no longer with us, his artworks hold significant value, and we may contemplate selling a few of his originals in the future. If you are interested, please don't hesitate to contact us via email at info.artniko@gmail.com.

Do you offer framing?

All art prints are available for purchase with the option of being framed in three distinct wooden colours, black, white and brown.

How long will my purchase take to arrive?

As art pieces are made to order, please allow 7-14 business days for these to be posted. All parcels include tracked delivery, you will be notified by email of your shipping details soon after purchasing.

How do I return my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Sure, all orders can be processed before production has begun. We can begin production within an hour of receiving an order, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel it and receive a full refund.

My order is damaged. What do I do?

It’s very rare, but if it happens we will resolve this as soon as possible. In this situation, please email us as (info.artniko@gmail.com) soon as possible and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please provide proof of the damage in the email. 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the fragile nature of the products we ship and all products being made to order, we are only able to accept returns in the most exceptional circumstances. Please email us at info.artniko@gmail.com for more information..
